#2 Granola Recipe.  

  (from America’s Test Kitchen)

1/3 cup Maple Syrup

1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil ( I use Cannola)

4 teaspoons Vanilla

1/2 teaspoon Salt

5 cups Old Fashion Oats

2 cups chopped or sliced Almonds

 

Preheat oven to 325.

Put parchment on large sheet pan. (I use a jelly roll pan.)

Using another piece of parchment or wax paper, Press oats down on pan, making level.

Sprinkle with Cinnamon, if you choose.

Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Cool for 1 hour, then break up and add Craisins, if you like.

Keep in seal-tight container.
