I just love watching preschoolers learn to interact with others. They all approach it a little differently based on temperaments, personalities, and exposure to others.
When these babes enter a formal classroom situation, learning to deal with other children and teachers happens. Teachers have varying styles to run their classroom. I’m perpetually astonished by their classroom management skills. They have “tricks of the trade” as we call it. They KNOW how to do it.
