I pray this week and season finds you with a grateful heart.
Not for physical wealth or selfish desires granted, but for the things money can’t buy: family, friends, love, grace, life, health and the ones who have gone before and taught you to cherish these.
Also, thankfulness for the One, God, Jesus who teach us the meaning of such virtues and loves.
In the bleakest days, the cherished things of life shine as a beacon to light our way. Jesus -The Light- reveals his presence and care for us, his beloved children.
Count your blessings: it is the way to gratitude, a full heart and Thanksgiving!
Cherish the ones who share your table; many have empty chairs. Be mindful of a gathering; many are not allowed. Feel the extravagance of a food laden table; many never experience it. Hold on to the ones you love; hug, touch, laugh, kiss, share sentiments, it is joy beyond measure; many cannot.
Happy Thanksgiving, my blog family!
For you I am grateful! Thankful to share this tiny space in cyber-world. You inspire me to be better. You encourage me. You deepen and broaden my life. Blessings to you on this annual day to stop, remember, celebrate and gather! May love and laughter touch you today, even if it’s in a memory, phone call or email!
Thankful,
