WHERE WAS “BOLT”?
IN NORWAY!!
Susan and Bill were “Bolt’s” hosts for this Norwegian adventure!

“Bolt’s” airplane rides. I hear “Bolt’s” a very good traveler. So Proud!

Ferry Ride! “Bolt” likes the water too. No seasickness! Well done “Bolt”!

Gorgeous Norwegian scenery!

Heddal Stave Church
It is located in the village of Heddal. The wooden, triple nave stave church was built in a long church design around the year 1200. The church seats about 180 people.
The church is one of the 28 surviving stave churches in Norway and it is considered to be the largest of the stave churches. It was constructed entirely out of wood at the beginning of the 13th century, and it was dedicated to the Virgin Mary.
Made from Scots pine wood, Heddal Stave Church is supported by load-bearing staves (wooden poles) and sits on a foundation of stone.
It is still in use today!

All the spots they visited!

They rode a tram to see the Kjosfossen Falls. And took a sky lift up 3000 ft to Summit of Mount Hoven hiking 120 meters farther on the Gjolrunden trail and another 155 meter climb on the Skredfjellet trail, with great views of the fjord, mountains, and glaciers!
Evidently “Bolt” does not a problem with heights either! No complaints reported; a sturdy soul! Nature is his color!

A stop was made in Lillehammer at the site of the 1994 Olympics in Oslo.

Oslo City Hall where the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony takes place every year.

Look at all the friends “Bolt” made in Norway! They look so hospitable! I’m a little jealous but happy “Bolt” is seeing the world!
Did you guess the right country before it was revealed?
